Lana Cordier has moved to Colorado in the summer of 1997, when she came to Summit County on vacation. Before relocating, she graduated from The Institute of Business Management in Minsk, Belarus, with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Relations. Lana is also tri-lingual; she is fluent in Russian, Polish and English.
Lana Cordier’s career in real estate began with Ten Mile Title, Inc. in Dillon, CO in 1998. Ten Mile Title was a locally owned title company where Lana worked as an escrow officer – position that allowed her to learn a great deal about Colorado real estate, especially residential and land transactions, as well as 1031 exchanges. In 2000, Lana joined Intrawest Resort Development Group as their Closing Coordinator. Lana worked on all of the new developments and resale transactions at Copper Mountain Resort. During her first year with Intrawest, she handled closings of three new buildings, which equaled nearly 200 transactions.
In 2006 Lana joined Remax Properties of the Summit – # 1 real estate company in Summit County, Colorado, she was consistently in the Top 10 performing brokers (individually) for the company.
Today Lana Cordier is an associate broker with ONE Realty – a boutique real estate company, she continues to specialize in Summit County real estate, as well as Central Denver.
